2003 Cub Cadet Yanmar SC2400 issue

I am at a loss here.

I got the 2003 Cub Cadet Yanmar SC2400 and it has been having loader lifting issues since 2 years ago. Since then, I've been trying to ask the dealer's help for maintenance and repairs. They did a cylinder rebuild and even fixed leaks I didn't even know existed. In the end, they had to replace the control valve. I was fine with it even though it was kinda costly because this is my baby.

Still, the loader only lifts at high RPMs. I don't think that's normal especially after all the repairs. What seems to be the problem? Anyone experienced the same?

Couple of things to check: did they ever test or replace the hydraulic pump? If the pressure or flow rate is dropping off, that could explain why you only get lift at high rpms. Also, check fluid level and type, if the wrong hydraulic fluid was used or it's low, performance will drop fast.

Another thought, any chance the relief valve was set too low after the repairs? maybe start by getting a pressure test done on the system if they haven't already
