Got a ym2500 engine from someone that had gas run thru it and scored pistons/liners. Have a rebuild kit. 1 issues is the part from prior person there is 2 cup/disk like items. I don't see them in the ipc. The only place they might go would be on the governor lever (ball area highlighted also not shown on the lever assy in ipc). Trying to find out exactly where and how they go. Pics attached. Any help appreciated. Looking for the overhaul manual also. Online few items to guide along.

Thank you for your time.

Those cup things are likely wear rings or thrust washers for the governor linkage. The fact they're not in your IPC is frustrating but pretty common with older Yanmar documentation. That ball area you're looking at on the governor lever is exactly where they'd go. One typically acts as a spacer and the other as a wear surface where the lever pivots or where a rod passes through. Do you have a photo of how those cups are sitting right now and which direction the open side faces. That would help nail down the orientation.
