I am trying to fit a BushHog 2445QT loader to my Yanmar YM250D and ineed to weld on some side brackets.
where do you guys think is the strongest spot on the frame to mount 'em? thanks

Hmmm, the main frame rails would be the best mounting spot. Find somewhere near the engine block. Also, as much as possible, don't get thin sheet metal. Should be thick sections for this to work. Good luck!
 
The strongest spot is usually near the main structural rails or where the loader mounts originally bolt on, look for thick, reinforced areas around the chassis to ensure good support. Avoid thin sheet metal or areas with lots of bends. If possible, reinforce the weld spots with extra plates for added strength.
