I wasn't able to use my YM2200 because I had to work overseas for my assignment for 2 years. I don't know why but when I started it, water came out of the exhaust. Like launched like an aircraft. I'm scared there's rust in the engine cylinders from water exposure... Can I still fix it affordably or scrap it?

Check for water or mice in the intake, water in the exhaust probably won't cause a hydrolock. After the engine is running, change the filters and engine oil. If there is no hydrolock or damage to the crank or camshaft, loosen the injectors and hand-crank the engine, if it turns smoothly, you're doing fine

I guess if the engine turns freely, you might just need to clean things up and replace fluids. Fingers crossed it's not rusted inside!
